Looking back through photos of Phoenix that I pulled for my recent blogpost re (great) Uncle Virgil’s and Aunt Lynn’s Arkansas hickory-smoke steakhouse on 7th Avenue south of Camelback, I’m struck by how far and wide this metroplex has stretched. Back when I was on the firm’s document clerk staff, Snell & Wilmer took up several floors, part of a basement, and a locked cage portion on the top floor of the tallest building in this photo.
